ENAS Mentorship Program

The ENAS Mentorship Program aims to connect mentees with suitable mentors who can offer career advice and constructive feedback on drafts of articles, book proposals, and grant applications. The program is intentionally informal and does not replace or interfere with any existing supervisory or advisory committees. Instead, it provides an additional, flexible source of support. We also encourage peer-to-peer mentoring at any career stage.

Mentorships may be short-term and focused on a specific question, project, or stage of study, or they may develop into longer-term collaborations, depending on the needs and preferences of the mentee. Beyond feedback on academic work, mentorships may also open pathways to broader opportunities, including co-authoring publications, participating in PhD or promotion committees where appropriate, and exploring possibilities for funding applications, research consortia, and research mobility stays. We also encourage peer-to-peer mentoring at any career stage.
